By accessing and using pngonpdf.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

PNG on PDF provides free, browser-based tools for converting, editing, signing and organising PDF and PNG files. All processing is performed locally in your browser; we do not host or store your files.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Process content that is illegal, infringing or that you do not have permission to use.
  • Distribute malware, attempt to attack or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Forge, alter or fraudulently sign documents in a way that violates local laws or contractual obligations. Electronic signatures may have specific legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files you upload and produce with the Service. The Service itself, including the website design and source-code-not-released-as-open-source, remains the property of PNG on PDF and is protected by applicable laws.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNG on PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Third-party links and ads

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertising provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of PNG on PDF primarily resides, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
